Hummel is the current Founder and CEO of RevWork.ai and former CEO and Founder of Lead Inclusively, Inc.  With a background in organizational psychology, civil rights law, and now a female tech founder, Denise Hummel has built an entrepreneurial career with an eye for changing the future of work.

Hummel harnesses technology to enhance business performance. She is a Nominated Microsoft M12 Female Founder for disrupting Enterprise Learning & Development with RevWork’s enterprise behavior change learning technology.  She has also been endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith as the “World’s Leader in Diversity & Inclusion” for her ability to leverage technology to scale inclusion.

Previously, Denise sold her firm, Universal Consensus, to Ernst & Young, where she became a Principal in their Human Capital division. Prior to that, as an attorney, she litigated the first ever class-action under the Americans With Disabilities Act.

As an executive coach, Denise is a proud Certified Stakeholder-Centered Coaching expert, and a member of the exclusive 100 Coaches program by Marshall Goldsmith. She has coached various executives for FORTUNE500 companies such as Intel, Microsoft, and EY specializing organizational transformation learning delivery and retention and DEI strategy and execution.

Sonya Pelia

A recipient of numerous awards and passionate feminist from age 14, Sonya Pelia has had a dual career; as President of the award-winning Maitri, a non-profit dedicated to ending domestic violence in Silicon Valley, and at the same time, as CMO, TEDx speaker, and thought leader passionate about building systems and driving revenue for venture-backed startups.

At her last startup, she doubled SaaS revenue in 12 months, without a sales team. From B2B strategy, pricing, partnerships, Product-Led Growth to brand development, PR, demand/lead generation, content, marketing tech, and analytics – she has done it all.​

Sonya is on the board of Move Up, a Founding LP at the VC fund How Women Invest, mentors founders at Tech for Good Alley and Alchemist Accelerator, and is advisor to OneTap and Doctors Under the Radar.

Anup Marwadi is a SaaS Entrepreneur with a proven expertise in developing over 12 SaaS Platforms in numerous verticals. As a founder of HyperTrends Global Inc., Anup is on a mission to help businesses accelerate their growth by using software as their primary differentiator.

Anup brings his diverse experience in Product, Strategy, Software and Management to all products developed by HyperTrends.

Anup is also an avid musician, artist, writer and an ardent traveler and has been published numerous times in the field of Medical Informatics.

Aditya has over 10 years of experience solving customer problems through building products and solutions in the enterprise talent and learning space. With a variety of clients from start-ups to enterprises his skill set includes product strategy and management, HR talent processes, designing learning systems, talent management & strategy and talent analytics. He has led the development of technology solutions for new offerings created for the EY People Advisory Services division. A few of his notable clients include Johnson Controls, Intuit, Sutherland Global, Praxair, Western Digital and AIG where he helped with wide-ranging issues such as Learning reinforcement, leadership strategy, workforce planning, and HR process optimization & technology readiness.

Christopher Craig is an experienced software executive with a demonstrated history of scaling businesses through data-driven, energizing leadership.  Christopher engages with employees, customers, and partners to deliver desired outcomes, optimize processes, and effect positive change for all stakeholders.

With over 25 years of software experience, Christopher has in-depth knowledge of Product Management, Development, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, HR, and Finance & Administration.

Most recently the CEO of Unanet, Christopher currently holds Board seats with Unanet and TenantBase, and previously held a Board seat with SourceScrub prior to their acquisition.  He is also invests in and advises several fast-growing software companies.

Christopher holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Information Systems from The University of Virginia.

Nicole White

Nicole White is a versatile business executive with deep business redesign experience in healthcare, insurance, professional services, and technology industries. Her expertise is in operations, sales management, and marketing and product development. In 2012, Nicole was one of the Founding Principals to launch The ABD Team (now Newfront), a risk management, and rewards advisory firm, that scaled from 35 to over 400 employees and revenue at $112M in 2020.

Nicole is one of the Founding Limited Partners at How Women Invest Fund I ($10M) and Fund II ($20M). In August 2020, HWI funded its first portfolio company, Gray Matter Analytics (GMA) and Nicole is a member of the SWAT Team.

Recognized nationally by Risk & Insurance Magazine, as a Power Broker, and Diversity Journal Women Worth Watching, Nicole takes the long view and is quick to spot trends. Nicole is a continuous learner. Her interest is in business redesign and health equity. She serves in an advisory role on healthcare company councils like Kaiser, Cigna, and Blue Shield of California.

Nicole earned an MBA and B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University.

A Philanthropist who invests in women and children causes so that they may thrive—not survive. She is the proud Mom of a Howard University graduate—now a journalist and educator. Nicole loves to travel, the performing arts and theater. She also enjoys spas, reading, and cycling with her SoulCycle/Peloton community.
